Fake-chilada-sagna!

Ingredients
1 lb Extra Lean Ground Chicken 1 packet of Taco Seasoning (low sodium)1 cup Frozen Corn 1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed 1 - 15oz Can of plain tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes Chili Powder (to taste, but I used about 2 tbsp)Hot sauce to tastePepper to taste1 tsp Cumin15 small corn tortilla's, cut in half1 small bag (200g) Cheddar/Mozzarella shredded cheese blend.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Meanwhile, Brown Chicken in non-stick frying pan.
Add Packet of seasoning, and 1 cup of water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in black beans, corn, tomato sauce, and spices. Simmer again for about 5 minutes.
Spread a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of a 9x13" pan. Add a layer of corn tortilla halves. top with 1/3 of the sauce, then add 1/3 of the cheese. Repeat twice more. Cover pan with foil loosely, and cook for 30 minutes. Remove foil, and cook for 10 minutes longer.
