Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Walnut cookies

Ingredients
Pumpkin, cooked, 1 cup, mashedBrown Sugar, .3/4 cup, packed Applesauce, unsweetened, 1/2 cup Egg, fresh, 1 large *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, calcium-fortified, 2 cups*Black Walnuts, 1/2 cup, chopped Semisweet chocolate, 2 cup chips Baking Powder, 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tsp *Skim Milk, 1 tsp.Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp
Directions
Combine pumpkin, sugar applesauce and egg. In a separate bowl stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Dissolve baking soda in milk and stir in. Add flour mixture to pumpkin mixture and mix well. Add vanilla, chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by spoonful on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for approx 10 minutes or until lightly brown and firm.
