Sugarless Pecan Pie filling

Ingredients
3/4 c. egg substitute3/4 c. Splendadash of salt1 tsp. vanilla4 T. I can't believe it's not butter spray3/4 c. sugar free syrup 1/2 c. chopped pecans16 pecan halves Mini phyllo cups
Directions
Preheat oven to 350º.
Beat eggs in large bowl until well blended and stir in Splenda®, salt, vanilla, butter, and syrup.
Mix in chopped pecans and pour the filling in the phyllo shells. Place a pecan half on each and bake for 25-30 minutes (until sides are set but middle is still a bit soft).
Cool to room termperature and serve.
Makes 16 mini phyllo pies.
