Salata de Potato

Ingredients
3 boiled red potatoes, 2 boiled carrots, 1 onion, 3 cubic tofu, olive oil.
Directions
Boil the potato and the carrots with the skin, peel it. Cut the onion rings and put in a pan with 1 tsp olive oil and fry it for 5 min. Cut the potato in four and put in with the onion and cook it for 5 more min. When is done add the tofu and you can serve with spinach salad. Enjoy it.
