Vegan Spice Bread

3 cups flour1 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt1/2 tsp baking powder1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon2 tsp ground ginger1/8 tsp ground nutmeg1/4 tsp ground cloves1 cup applesauce2 cups sugar1 cup oil (whatever you have on hand that doesn't have a heavy flavor)2 tsp vanilla1 Tbsp lemon juice2 cups shredded zucchini
1. Combine the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet ingredients in another bowl.
2. Add the dry to the wet and mix until combined.
3. Pour batter into 2 greased bread pans and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until a knife comes out clean (likely around an hour and a half)
