Summer Squash Salad

2 small summer squash (zucchini will work too) cut into julianne strips1/4 onion sliced thinly (cut slices in half)1 tbsp white vinger (or lime juice)2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped1 tbsp fresh green onion thinly sliced or chopped1 dash salt (more to taste)
Mix all ingredients and let sit in refridgerator for 15 minutes. Serve alone or on tacos (as an alternative to salad).
