1 can yellow corn1 can cream style corn12 oz swiss cheese cubed3/4 c evaporated milk1 stick butter2 large eggs2 Tbsp. dried minced onions2 cups crushed crackers, unsalted1 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper
Drain yellow corn and reserve liquid. Melt butter. Beat 2 eggs in a bowl. Add 1/4 c reserved corn liquid. Add melted butter, evaporated milk, cream style corn, yellow corn, onions, salt and pepper. Mix well. Fold in cheese and cracker crumbs. Pour into a buttered 9 x 13 inch pan and bake for 60 minutes.
