6 ounces Red Pepper (minced)8 ounces Zucchini (minced)6 ounces Onion (minced)1/2 cup dry cous cous1 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce4 Tablespoons BBQ sauce1 1/4 lb of Ground TurkeyCooking Spray
Mince Red Pepper, Zucchini, Onion. Add all ingredients except bbq sauce in bowl and mix. Spray muffin tins with cooking spray. Form balls and place evenly into 12 muffin tin. Top each muffin with approximately 1 teaspoon bbq sauce. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes, or until they reach 160 degrees. Let sit five minutes before serving
