While preparing your pasta, chop your cucumber, 3 medium celery stalks, garden fresh onions, green-red or yellow sweet peppers into a large tupperware container. Add the small can of Mexi-Corn, 2 small OR 1 large can of canned chicken, a few Tbls. of lemon juice, a few Tbls. of micle whip salad dressing............ Rinse pasta in cold water and toss with remaining ingredients. We love adding greek seasoning over our serving to taste!
Cook your pasta according to package directions........ I've used the Rainbow Bow-tie Noodles also......... rinse to cool and then add remaining ingredients! U can chop veges into large chunks or small, u decide! I like to use a large tupperware container with a tight fitting lid in order to get the 'Perfectly' tossed Rainbow Chicken Pasta!
