2 lb. frozen hash browns2 tbsp onion flakes1 (8oz) container fat free sour cream1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soupsalt to taste1 (8oz) jar Light Cheez Whiz, melted1/2 cup Smart Balance buttery spread+++++++++++++++++++++++Topping:1/4 cup Smart Balance buttery spread1/2 cup cornflake crumbs
Directions
Thaw hash browns. Combine all ingredients in 9x13 baking pan. Sprinkle with cornflake crumbs and margarine mix. Bake 30-45 minutes at 350.
