Ingredients
Brown Long Grain Rice - 2 cups uncookedWater - 4 cupsBell Pepper - 1/2 cup choppedOnion - 1/2 medium choppedGarlic - 2 large cloves mincedRoma Tomatoes - 3Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Heat Oil. Brown uncooked rice 10-15 minutes until toasted. Add onion, bell pepper and garlic. Saute until onions are sweated. Add tomatoes, water and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer on medium-low until cooked stirring occasionally.
