1/3c. Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce3tbsp. packed dark brown sugar2tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar (originally calls for rice wine vinegar)1tbsp. Ground Ginger (originally calls for grated ginger)1 clove garlic, minced1/4tsp. crushed red pepper1lb. boneless top sirloin, trimmed of all visible fat
Directions
*Prep Time will change depending on how long you plan to marinade & cook time depends on how you want your meat cooked.

-Cut meat into 4-4oz pieces.

-Combine ingredients & let meat marinade for as long as desired.

-Prepare the grill for direct heat cooking or heat a grill pan.

-Grill steak directly over the heat or on the grill pan to desired cooking temperature. Let stand for 5minutes to cool.
