Easy Stove-top Whole Wheat Mac n' Faux Cheese

* 170g Whole Wheat Macaroni pasta, dry (1 1/2 cups +/-)* 1 (38g) packet Knorr Classic Sauce Mix, Cheese Flavour* 1 1/4 cups 1% Milk* Fresh ground Sea Salt and Black Pepper, to taste (((NOT included in Nutritional Information!)))
1. In a large pot of boiling, salted water, bring the macaroni to a rolling boil and cook until done 'al dente' (still a little bit firm), about 7 or 8 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, prepare the cheese sauce mix according to package directions, and add a bit of salt and pepper if desired.
3. Drain the pasta, add the cheese sauce, and mix to coat evenly. Serve immediately.
4. Makes 4 scant 3/4-cup 'servings'. Enjoy! :)
