4 cups Oats1 cup flax seeds1 cup sunflower seeds 1 cup sesame seeds1 cup unsweetened shredded coconuts1 cup wheat bran1 cup almonds, pecans or walnuts (slivered or chopped)1/2 cup coconut oil1/2 cup honey1/2 cup peanut butter1 TBSP ground cinnamonWarm the last 4 ingredients on a stovetop over low heat, pour over grains and bake in oven at 325' for 20-30 minutes,or bake until golden brown.
