Ingredients
1 C Couscous dry1 Can White beans1 Bell Pepper5 radishes chopped15 cherry tomatoes1 red onion chopped2 tbsn olive oil2 tbsn lemon juice1 tsp Maroccan Spice
Directions
Prepare the couscous (follow instruction on the package). Add oil and lemon juice. Cut the veggies and add to the couscous. Add spice and serve cold.
