Melissa's Easy Greek Salad for one

Ingredients
1 medium ripe tomato1 baby cucumber (about 1 inch in diameter)1/3 green pepper1 spring/green onion6-8 kalamata olives (pitted)1/4 cup feta cheese1 TBSP Renee's Mediterranean Greek Vinaigrette (Optional)
Directions
Cut up Tomato into wedges.
Cut Green pepper into small chunks.
Slice green onions and cucumber.
Cut kalamata olives in half.
Crumble feta.
Mix together.
Add Renee's Mediterranean Greek Vinaigrette (Optional)

Serving Size: makes about 2 cups of salad
