Sour Cream Herb Dressing/Dip

Ingredients
2 c sour cream1 clove garlic1 tsp. salt1 tbls. apple cider vinegarjuice of 1 lemon1 tbls. chopped onionfreshly ground black pepper to taste1/4 - 1/2 cup fresh herbs of your choice
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a blender or food processor until smooth. You can add a little buttermilk if you would like a salad dressing that is easier to pour.
