Shawna's Lowfat Deviled Egg Salad

Ingredients
6 large white eggs, hardboiled6 slices Oscar Mayer Turkey Bacon4 1/2 tbsp Grey Poupon mustard1 cup Miracle Whip Light1 tsp minced onion1 tsp Two Sisters Gourmet Over the Edge Herbed Spinach (available through a Pampered Chef representative)1 tbsp ground turmeric (more or less to taste)Optional: Accent seasoning
Directions
1.) Hard boil your eggs.
2.) Dice up your turkey bacon and fry in non-stick pan.
3.) Combine all other ingredients in medium mixing bowl.
4.) When eggs are done boiling, plunge them in bowl of cold water and ice cubes for easier peeling.
5.) Peel and dice eggs (add optional Accent seasoning now)
6.) Add diced egg and bacon to bowl of other ingredients and mix throughly.
7.) Serve!
* This goes great on whole wheat toast or whole grain english muffin!
