Baked and Breaded Italian Chicken Breast

3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (3 lbs. total)3/4 cup Italian Dressing1 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
Preheat oven to 375. Meanwhile pour the Italian dressing in a large zip lock bag. Half each chicken breast, then put the pieces inside the zip lock bag and shake until they are all coded. Once the pieces are all coated dip them in the bread crumbs and cover each side generously. I often rub the remaining crumbs on top of the chicken so as not to waste anything.
Place each chicken piece on a baking sheet (I like to use my stoneware bar pan from Pampered Chef). Bake chicken for 45 minutes or until centers are completely done (no pink)!
I like to serve this chicken recipe with zesty baked potato wedges.
Serving Size: Makes six 8 oz pieces of chicken
