Ingredients
3 Large Hard Boiled Eggs2 Tbsp Sweet Pickle Relish2 Tbsp Mayonaise1 tsp Mustard1 Tbsp Onion chopped (optional)1 Tbsp red peppers chopped (optional)
Directions
boil eggs 15 minutes, cool, peel, chop, mix all ingredients together.

Serving Size: Makes 2, 1/2 Cup servings for sandwhich

    Sounds delicious, but I would substitute low-fat or fat-free mayo. That would reduce the calories and fat content considerably. - 7/14/11
