1/2C walnuts chopped1/2C Lt Butter1/2t salt1t baking soda1t baking powder2t cinnamon1/2C egg beaters2C Bisquick Heart Smart flour1C low fat sour cream1/2C Truvia1t vanilla3 apples skinned & sliced
Mix nuts, cinnamon & 12 pkts Truvia in bowl, set aside. Beat together butter, 24 pkts Truvia, Eggbeaters & vanilla. Combine baking powder, soda, salt & flour, beat into butter mixture alternating with sour cream. Spread 1/2 batter into well greased angel food pan. Layer in apple & top with 1/2 cinnamon mixture. Add remaining batter & top with balance of cinnamon. Bake at 350 for 40 min. Let cool & remove pan sides after 30 min.
