Ingredients
1 package Tofu Shirataki Fettuccine Noodle Substitute1 Tbsp Neufchatel cheese2 tsp reduced fat Parmesan grated topping1 tsp light sour creamSalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Drain and rinse Tofu Shirataki thoroughly. Microwave for 1 minute then dry very well. Add cream cheese, Parmesan and sour cream. Mix well. Microwave for 1 minute, mix again. Add salt & pepper to taste.
