Ingredients
very simple, small banana sliced, 1/4 of a cup of fiber one cereal original, nonfat greek yogurt ( I like dannon 150g (5.3oz) it has 80 calories and 15 grams of protein) and sugar free maple syrup
Directions
small banana (sliced) add some cereal to the bottom of a glass and start your layer of yogurt, banana at the top finish with some cereal for that added crunch, add just a touch of sugar free maple syrup or frozen wild blueberries and enjoy, let me know what you think.
