Creamy Cucumber Soup

1 large cucumber, peeled, sliced in half, seeded, and diced.1 Haas Avacado, skin and seed removed, diced1 cup Plain, Nonfat Yogurt1 cup Chicken Broth1 dash salt (optional)1 dash pepper1 pinch McCormick Dill Weed
Throw ingredients into a blender, puree for about 2 minutes until creamy or desired consistancy is reached. Place in soup bowl and chill for about 1 hour while making the rest of your dinner. Garnish with diced tomatoes.
