Whole Wheat Oatmeal Bread

Ingredients
1.25 C water (70 to 80 degrees)2 T Margarine, softened1 C Whole Wheat flour1.25 t active dry yeast2 T honey1.25 t salt1.75 C bread flour1/3 C quick-cooking oats
Directions
In bread machine pan, place all ingredients in order suggested by manufactuer. Select basic bread setting. Choose crust color and loaf size if available. Bake according to bread machine directions (check dough after 5 minutes of mixing; add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water or flour if needed).

Serving Size: makes 1 loaf (1.5 pounds).
