Seafood Caeser Salad

Ingredients
1 box Rozoni Garden Delight Penne1 lb Crab and Shrimp cooked1/4 cup red onion chopped1 green bell peper chopped1 hard boiled egg chopped6-8 cups of shredded lettuce1 bottle favorite Caeser Salad dressing. (I used Bolthouse Farms Creamy Yogurt Dressing)
Directions
Cook the pasta as directed.

Combine the next 4 ingredients. Drain the pasta and rinse with cold water. Add to the bowl with the veg. Add about 1/2 the bottle of dressing. Mix well

Chill for a couple hours

To serve, but lettuce on each plate, then top with pasta salad. Top with Parmesan cheese if desired.
