Ingredients
Whole wheat flour 2 cupsSalt .5 tspWater 1cupGhee -1tsp
Directions
Mix the flour and salt and add water . Mix it and make a soft dough, cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Divide into 8 portions and roll them into balls. In the mean time heat a iron skillet. Roll each boll into 6 inch disc and put it on the hot skillet. When you see little bubbles on it, flip it and let it brown on the other side. If you have tortilla maker you can use it for making rotis. When they are all done , smear it with ghee and keep them in a napkin and serve with choice of your vegetable.
