Stir-fried Snow Peas & Onions

1 6 oz. package Snow Peas (about 2 cups)1 thinly sliced onion, cut into strips1 teaspoon sesame oilsalt or soy sauce (optional)
Spray a skillet with non-stick spray. Add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil and heat for a minute or so. Add the onion and stir fry until cooked (or slightly underdone), the less you cook it, the crunchier it will be. Then add the snow peas and stir fry until done to your liking -- a minute or two. (Sprinkle with salt or soy sauce to taste -- optional -- not included in the nutritional information.) Makes about 8 oz. -- or 2 servings, 4 oz. each
