*Ground Beef %85 Lean, 24 oz Egg, fresh, 2 large Milk, 2%, .5 cup *Country Hearth Whole Wheat Bread (1 slice), 1 serving *Thomas Mini Bagel - whole wheat, 1 serving *Soup, LIPTON, RECIPE SECRETS ONION, Mix, Dry, .5 serving Scallions, raw, 1 small (3" long) Catsup, .25 cupBrown Sugar, 3 tsp packed
Place wheat bread and mini bagel in a blender and grind fresh breadcrumbs. Place 1 1/2 lbs. 85% lean ground chuck in a large mixing bowl. Add 2 beaten eggs, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup dry mix, and 1 small green onion. Mix well. Add fresh bread crumbs. Shape into a loaf and place in baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for one hour. Mix catsup and brown sugar. Remove loaf from oven and spread catsup mixture over the top. Return loaf to the oven and reduce heat to 350 degrees. Bake another 30 minutes or until done and topping is bubbly. Serves 8
