Turkey Chili

Ingredients
Lean Ground Turkey, 1 poundCelery, 1 cup dicedCanned Tomatoes, diced, 3 cupsLow fat Salsa, 1/2 cupRed, Yellow and Green Peppers, 1 cup diced Onions, 1 cup dicedChili Powder, 2 tbsp
Directions
Brown turkey in pot. Drain any additional fat. Add chili powder, celery, peppers, and onions. Cook until just soft. Add canned tomatoes, kidney beans and salsa. Simmer for 20-30 minutes until flavours blend together.
Makes 4 servings.
