50 g Sugar (about 3 and a half tablespoons)3 tablespoons of oil1 Egg200 g Flour (almost 1 cup- I think it is just a little over 3/4 cup)125 g quark (a little over 1/2 cup) **1 pack vanilla (I have no idea what this means, so I used 1/2 tsp)4 Tablespoons Milk1 pack baking powder (again, I used 1/2 tsp)
Use a small ice cream scoop, melon baller, or spoon, and drop into hot oil and deep fry until golden brown.
Drain the grease using a paper towel, then dust the balls (or roll) in powdered sugar. ENJOY!!!!
**you can use cream cheese instead of quark if it is not available
