CMR Open-face Pear, Turkey & Cheese Sandwiches

Ingredients
1 slices whote-wheat bread (sara lee 45)2 tps Dijon-style mustard2 slices (1 oz each) roast turkey breast1 winter pear, cored and thinly sliced1/2 cup shredded low-fat mozzarella cheeseFreshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions
1. Spread each bread slice with 1 tsp mustard; top each with a turkey slice.

2. Arrange pear slices over turkey; springle each with 2 tbs cheese, then pepper .

Serving suggestion: Broil sandwiches 4-6" from heat until cheese melts, 2-3 min. Cut each sandwich in half from corner to corner.
