Fruity Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup kale, chopped.5 cup blueberries (frozen).5 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)2 small, ripe bananas sliced.75 cup 1% milk1 T. wheat germ
Directions
Chop the kale into postage stamp size pieces and add to blender. Add fruits, wheat germ and milk. Using the pulsating feature or the on/off switch on the blender, puree until smooth.

Serving Size: Makes one 16 oz. glass
