3/4 cup sugar1/2 tsp. salt1 tsp. ground cinnamon1/2 tsp. ground ginger1/4 tsp. ground cloves1/2 cup egg beaters1 can (15 ox) Libby's 100% Pure Pumplin1 can (12 fl. oz) Carnation Evaporated Fat free milk1 Pillsbury Pie Crust (for 8-inch pie)
Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in small bowl. Gradually stir in evap. milk.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake in preheated 425 F. oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperatur to 350 F, bake 40-50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 2 hours.
