CMR King Ranch Chicken

Ingredients
1/4 cup soft margarine1 medium green bell pepper, seeded and chopped1 medium onion, chopped2 cans (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup2 cans (10 oz each) Rotel Milder Diced tomatoes and Green Chillies2 cups cubed cooked chicken12 corn tortillas, torn into bite sized pieces2 cups (8oz) shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
1. Melt margarine in large saucepan. Add bell pepper and onion, cook over medium heat until tender. Blend in soup, tomatoes and chicken, heat through.

2. Place a layer of 4 tortillas in bottom of 13x9x2 nch baking dish; top with 1/3 tomato mixture, then 1/3 cheese. Repeat 2 more times.

3. Bake ina preheated 375F oven for 40 minutes or until bubbling.
