Abs Diet "Don't Tell Mom It's Not Meatloaf"

Ingredients
1 medium onion, diced1 teaspoon olive oil20 oz 85/15 ground turkey1 egg1.5 tablespoons chopped cilantro2 cloves garlic, minced1 teaspoon cumin3/4 cup diced tomatoes1/3 cup pasta sauce
Directions
Preheat 350

Grease 9x5 pan with cooking spray

Heat large skillet on medium heat. When hot, cook the onions in the olive oil until slightly browned. Let cool.

Mix onions with turkey, egg, garlic, cumin, and tomatoes.

Put in pan and cover with sauce.

Bake for 45 minutes, or until cooked through, covered loosely with foil.
