Ingredients
3 half skinless, boneless chicken breasts poached in water and shredded or cut in chunks.1 cup sliced celery1 cup halved grapesa bunch of chopped dill1/2 tsp salt + pepper to taste1/3 cup lowfat Hellmann's mayo dressing mixed with 1/3 cup sour cream. Can further reduce calories if desired by using low-fat sour cream.Toast 1/2 cup pecans
