Garlic mashed potatoes

3 large potatoes1/2 cup fat free sour cream1 cup vegetable brothsalt, pepper, garlic and cloves to taste
1. Scrub potatoes. In a medium pot, boil potatoes until tender. Drain and mash.
2. Over low heat, return potatoes to stove and add vegetable broth, sour cream, salt, pepper, garlic and cloves. Stir until combined but don't overly do it or potatoes will become sticky. Cook over low heat until no liquid remains.
Yields 8 2/3 cup servings
