Chocolate pudding

Ingredients
1 cup sugar1/3 cup cocoa powder2 Tbsp cornstarch1/4 tsp salt2 cups 2% milk1 egg, well beaten4 Tbsp butter1 tsp vanilla flavoring
Directions
In large sauce pan combine sugar, cocoa, corn starch, and salt. Add milk and stir until mixture comes to a boil. Beat egg well and add 1/2 cup of boiling mixture and gradually add egg mix into sauce pan. Stir for another minute or two; remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla flavoring. Serve with vanilla ice cream or marshmallows.
