Ingredients
4oz Chicken breast (no bone or skin)Half a small Avacado(optional)1oz Shredded Colby-jack (optional)1/4 cumcumber thinly sliced1 half sliced Roma tomato1/2c shredded carrots1/4 tbls Real Bacon Bits2 1/2c Spring mix
Directions
Place your Spring mix on the plate. Slice all your veggies and add to the plate. Add cheese, bacon bits, and thinly sliced chicken breast. Add your choice of dressing.
