* *Goat Meat, 24 oz (remove) * Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove) * Carrots, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped (remove) * Parsley, 15 sprigs (remove) * Basil, 8 leaves (remove) * Celery, raw, 6 stalk, small (5" long) (remove) * *Black Truffle Aroma Oil, 1 tbsp (remove) * *Albertson's - Red Wine Vinegar, 1.333 tbsp (remove) * *(C) Vinegar, White (Gr Value), 1.333 tbsp (remove) * Vanilla Extract, 1.5 tsp (remove) * Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove) * *Balsamic Vinegar, .66 tbsp (remove) * Garlic, 6 tsp (remove) * *Salt - Iodized Sea Salt, 0.25 tsp (remove) * *Black pepper (spice) 1 tsp, .25 tsp (remove)
Directions
cut carrots, celery, onion and herbs. Add all to slow cooker. Cook on low for at least 6-8 hours
