Cupcakes:1/2 box of devil's food chocolate cake mix1 packet of diet hot cocoa1/2 cup egg substitute1 Tbsp SplendaPinch of Salt2 oz hot water4 oz cold waterMarshellow Drizzle:1/4 cup jet puffed marshmellow cream1 Tbsp light vanilla soy milk
Take 2 oz of hot water and mix well with hot cocoa. Add 4 oz cold water, mix well. Add mixture to cake mix and combine with splenda, salt, and egg substitute. Mix well with whisk. Divide evenly in 12 cupcake wrappers. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. For marshmellow drizzle whip together soymilk and marshellow cream. Use spoon to drizzle over each cooled cupcake and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
