1 1/2 cups sugar1 cup applesauce4 eggs3 1/3 cups whole wheat flour2 teaspoons baking soda1 1/2 teaspoons salt1 teaspoon cinnamon1 teaspoon nutmeg2/3 cups water1 15oz can pumpkin
Combine dry ingredients in one bowl, wet in another, combine until mixed. Bake in two greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pans on 350 degrees for about 55 - 65 minutes. let cool and enjoy. Best the next day.
