Tropical Salsa

Ingredients
Pineapple, fresh, .5 cup, diced Mangos, 1 fruit without refuse Lime Juice, 15 mLCilantro, raw, 2 tbsp Onions, Vidalia, raw, .5 cup, chopped Fresh Chives, 3 tbsp choppedAunt Molly's Grond Cherries, 2 TbspPeppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .5 cup Jalapeno Peppers, 2 pepper (any hot peppers)Smoked Salt, .25 tsp Smoked Garlic, 1 tsp Dried Chipotle pepper, 1Tbsp
Directions
Place lime juice in a 3-4 Cup bowl. Finely dice all fruit and veg.; add to juice and stir.
Add all other ingredients except the basil,cover a let set in fridge for at least 1 hour.

Finely slic ethe basil leaves on mix in just prior to serving.
