mini cupcake quiches

Ingredients
2 roll out pie crusts3 cups egg sub1 cup shredded cheese1 pepper chopped1 cup mushrooms chopped3 boca breakfast patties cut into 4's
Directions
cut circles from pie crust using biscuit cutter or large glass. spray cupcake pans with non-stick spray. par-bake crusts for 8 minutes at 450 degrees. Meanwhile, mix all ingredients in bowl. Place one piece of sausage in bottom of cupcake pie crust. Using 1/4 measuring cup portion egg mix into cupcake pans and bake for 35 minutes.
