Splenda Bran Flakes Muffins

1 1/4 cup flour3 teaspoons baking powder1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 cup splenda granular3 cups Bran Flakes1 1/4 cup cups skim milk1 egg1/3 cup canola oil
Stir baking powder, flour, salt in sugar together and keep in separate bowl. Add milk to cereal and allow to soften for a few minutes. Add egg and oil to cereal mixture and beat. Gradually add flour mixture, stir only until combined. Scoop batter equally into 12 muffin cups. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden.
