Josie's Vegetable Pasta soup

Ingredients
Ingredients:*Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can, 0.5 cup (remove)Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) (remove)Olive Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced (remove)*Potato, raw, 2 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) (remove)*Barilla Ditalini, 1 cup (remove)Soup, bouillon cubes and granules, low sodium, dry, 6 teaspoon (remove)Tomato juice, about 1 small 8 oz can
Directions
Boil 6-8 cups of water. Add all ingredients,except the oil. Simmer until potatoes are cooked. Salt and pepper to taste. Just before serving add oil to the pot. Serve with a little parmegiano. Other vegetables can be added, such as broccoli, spinach
