Twice Baked Potatoe Salad

Ingredients
2 lbs red potatoes1/4 cup sour cream1/2 cup green onions
Directions
cut up potatoes into bite size pieces. Place on baking sheet sprayed with Pam. sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 for 30 min or until golden and tender. Mix with sour cream and green onlions. Serve hot
