30 grams (1 oz) cauliflower 28 grams ( 1 oz) radish18 grams ( .6 oz) celery172 gams ( 6 oz) broccoli Slaw75 grams (2.6 oz) carrots28 grams (1 oz) cheddar cheese90 grams ( 3 oz) skinless chicken2 T Dijon mustard24 grams (18 oz) dill pickles
Dice the vegetables into a bowl, pour in the broccoli slaw, dice the pickles and chicken into small piecesand add. Stir in the mustard until well mixed.
I eat this as a salad to save calories but it's also good to place serving into a half whole wheat pita bread or roll up in a low car whole wheat tortilla wrap. Using either of these will add calories to your serving.
