1 pckg. frozen peas 10oz. or canned may be used1 1/2 cups cooked minute rice1 1/2 cups chopped celery1/4 cup chopped green onion1 tin mushrooms 1 tin shrimp (optional)Dressing:1/2 cup salad oil ( when doubling recipe use only 3/4 cup)1 tbls. soya sauce1 tsp. salt1 tsp. celery seed2 tbls. vinegar 1 tsp. sugar2 tsp. curry powderMix dressing in above ingredients and let stand overnight inrefrigerator.
